• We can not accept any return on altered or custom made dresses. All sales of custom made dresses are final.
  
  
• All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted or claims allowed after 2 days from receipt of shipment.
  
  
• ALL RETURNS AND REFUNDS MUST BE AUTHORIZED. No merchandise will be accepted for return without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  
  
• If you decide to return the gown, it will need to be shipped back to us by a trackable service. The gown must be received by us within 5 business days, in the same condition as it was sent. You will be responsible for the gown until it is received back safely to our location.
  
  
• ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE unless they are due to manufacturer’s defect. The original dress must be in brand new, unworn, unaltered and original condition. Damaged or stained dresses will not be granted a refund. We reserve the right to determine if any damage or alteration has occurred while in the customers care. Claims will be accepted only if the merchandise is in perfect condition.
  
  
• If the dress is damaged or incorrectly delivered to you, we will exchange the dress. If you find any flaw or damage you think was missed during our inspection, you have 2 days from the receipt of shipment to notify us.
  
  
• Shipping fees will be charged again for any change and return of products.
  
  
• Certain dress styles, including bridesmaid dresses and prom dresses are NOT returnable.
  
  
• Cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  
  
• Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the gown being made to the wrong size if inaccurate measurements were given when placing the order. Please measure carefully to avoid unnecessary loss of time and expense.
